The Westmoreland Library Network’s mission is to ensure that the county’s public libraries are able to provide the highest quality library service to all residents of Westmoreland County.
With our integrated library system, registered borrowers have access to items throughout the system with one county-wide library card. 24/7 remote access enables all county residents to browse library collections, place holds and conduct online research.
