Integrative Seminar (SBU 465)

This is a culminating experience in the Business /Accounting Program. Students study major principles of small business development and ownership and the issues related to it. Study includes an analysis of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneur, the various types of business ventures and different forms of business financing. The course material will involve the basic elements of economics, accounting, marketing, and human resources.  Also discussed will be alternate means of entering business, the business plan and the issues that arise when an entrepreneurial venture goes international.
