You will find WorldCat Discovery at the top right corner of the Databases page. When you click the WorldCat Discovery link, you will see a search box where you can enter your search words. 

On the results page, scroll to the bottom:

Look for the "Language" menu:

Click the menu and choose your language. Most of the items that you find will probably still be in English, but the WorldCat tools will be in your language.
