The Archives of the Province of St. Louise contributes to this mission by preserving records of enduring value, by promoting the life and work of the founders, by promoting the Community’s works, past and present, and by making our collections available for research.

The Sisters of Charity Federation of North America [The Federation] is a voluntary membership association of 12 congregations of women religious that number over 2,700 sisters. Impelled by Christ’s love and joined together in the mission of Charity, we, the Sisters of Charity Federation, respond to the cries of people living in poverty and on the margins. Our mission in the Church continues the original values of Saint Vincent de Paul, Saint Louise de Marillac and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton.

Today, 203 Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill serve in the Korean Province and in 11 dioceses there. Several American sisters are members of the Korean Province, but the majority of its members are native Korean women.

The Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati is an apostolic Catholic community of women religious that exists to carry out the Gospel of Jesus Christ through service and prayer in the world.

Our mission as Sisters of Charity is to share in the ongoing mission of Jesus by responding to the signs of the times in the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, by revealing the Father’s love in our lives and in our varied ministries with and for all in need, especially the poor.

The Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill is an international, apostolic community of women religious whose work is rooted in faith, animated by prayer, supported by the common life, and performed in simplicity and charity. Programs supported by the sisters are respectful of human dignity, protective of human rights, and devoted especially to the poor and oppressed.
